software program. The SQL Database Server is installed at no extra
charge along with Park Sidekick and will hold all of your
data on your computer, so only you have the
power to allow others to access your important mobile home park data.

Remote Connection Capability- You can even access the
program via a local network connection or an Internet connection
from anywhere around the world, so you are never far from the
information you need.

System Security- Grant limited access to your employees or
other authorized users so they can view and edit only those
sections of the program which you have approved. You can limit
by companies, communities, buildings and/or by functions (banking, letters,
reports, work orders, etc).

Program Manual- Learn the
software program inside and out from the
Program Manual that is built right into Park Sidekick. The
manual is stored on your computer so you can access it at
anytime and even print it out if you wish.

E-Mail Capability- Save time and stamps! You can send invoices,
statements, work orders, and reports directly from your default e-mail program to anyone with
an e-mail address! The program will convert your document into .PDF format automatically so
the recipient can view it from his or her location.
